I. INTRODUCTION
Per Google Workspace Acceptable Use Policy, multiple individuals may only share access to an account via the account delegation feature, and accounts may not be assigned to business functions, rather than to human beings for the purpose of sharing files within or outside the domain.
II. SCOPE
This policy only applies to accounts that require Google Workspace access. This policy will apply to any new accounts. After a substantial review period this policy may be applied to accounts that were created before this policy was enacted.
III. POLICY
When a generic account is created for Google Workspace use the password will not be divulged to the account owner. Instead, access to the account will be delegated to all the individual accounts that require access.
