Many of you received a message this afternoon from EDUCAUSE detailing a server breach that may have exposed your EDUCAUSE website profile password. This message originally triggered many phishing email scam filters but, unfortunately, this message is accurate and the incident occurred as described.
Please follow the instructions provided in that email to reclaim access to your EDUCAUSE account. Please choose a strong password that is DIFFERENT from your TCNJ password, consisting of lower case, upper case, numeric and symbolic characters.
There is little risk to any TCNJ account or resource directly related to this breach, unless your password at EDUCAUSE is used elsewhere. If you are concerned about the security of your TCNJ account please change your password immediately at http://account.tcnj.edu.
